2.Candidate should have good people management experience and handling large sales volumes
Execute annual plans for the company Product range including value, volume and margin targets.
Develop and execute annual plans, budgets and KPIs for Area Sales in respect of volume, value, product / SKU market mix.
Develop month wise sales forecasts.
Develop channel and market strategies for area distribution encompassing outlet coverage, availability and visibility.
Implement and administer sales systems, reporting, distributor policies, stock norms, application of credit and discounts, billing and collections
Building distribution network.
Managing channel partners.
Establishing systems and process.
Manage a team of Territory Sales Officers, ISRs and Distributor Salesmen.
Degree has to be REGULR
- MBA from a reputed B-School (Tier-1 & Tier-2) with minimum 4 yrs of exp
- Non-MBA from a good insittute, who has experience in FMCG sales for minimum 8 yrs, out of which 3 yrs should be of Managerial cadre
