• Regarding Purchase Order (PO)
• Regarding good level facing of SKU
• Regarding stock liquidation with the help of ASM, RSM
• Regarding current stock, RTV, etc…..
• New article linking and restart of delink/deactivate articles.

Ø      MRP & CP correction with the help of Buyer.

Ø      Responsible for stock availability.

Ø      PO Tracking

Ø      Responsible For 100% Fill Rate

Ø      Responsible for 100% target achievement.

• Primary
• Secondary

Ø      Team Handling.

• Promoter/ Merchandiser searching and recruitment as required of store
• Promoter/ Merchandiser training
• Motivation
• Attendance
• Follow up target vs achievement

Ø      Every Day Store Visit.

• Stock availability
• Stock should be display properly
• POP should be paste properly
• Offer verifying
• Fi-Fo checking
• Planogram Checking if reqired
• Product cleaning checking
• Promoter grooming checking
• Take Additional display with the help of TL & DM
• Relations build up with TL, DM, SM etc…...
